Terms of Service
These terms apply to services provided by Sanam Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd (Co. Reg. No. 202517452D), 67 Ubi Crescent, #05-01, Techniques Centre, Singapore 408560.
Quotations
Quotations are based on the agreed scope and site conditions at the time of inspection. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it starts.
Site visit fee
A site visit / transport fee of S$60 per visit applies.
Access and approvals
The customer provides access to the property and, where required, obtains condominium management or landlord approval. We can assist with the information needed for the application.
Schedule
We agree the schedule with you and work toward completing the job on time. Delays caused by material supply, approvals or site conditions will be communicated promptly.
